is a journalist in Munich and has been working as a freelance author for various media since six years. In 2003 he began to study political science, German language and literature studies and communication science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. He gained experience in journalistic work while writing for the newspaper “Abendzeitung”. Afterwards he wrote his first cover stories for the “Münchner Blatt” and had several orders as a freelance journalist. During this time he was mainly concerned with politics, youth culture as well as investigative and up to date reportage. Between 2005 and 2007 he furthermore composed a satirical and humorous column about the ongoing regional, national and international events of the day for the weekly newspaper “Hallo München”. Hajduk had done his master of arts in March 2009. In his thesis, which he completed at the department of political philosophy at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University in Munich, Hajduk analysed the meaning of religion in a post-secularised democracy. One month later, he started to work as a full-time journalist at the company DOK-HAUS FILM in Munich. Hajduk is very interested in well investigated and socially relevant reportages, which also include a creative concept, and he therefore started doing documentary films. He dedicated himself to a number of projects, such as “Kunst unter Lebensgefahr” (Art at the Risk of one’s Life). Amongst others, he was co-author of a film-portrait about the Italian author Roberto Saviano, whom he met in person in 2009.
